After Sale Service

Lilliput always strives to improve its pre-sales and after-sales services, as well as its market exploration. Since its establishment in 1993, the product sales volume and market share have steadily increased. “Think ahead always!” is the company’s motto, and it’s the operating concept “high quality for good credit, and excellent service for expanding the market”. It has subsidiaries in Zhangzhou, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Lilliput promises to provide one (1) year of free repair service for products purchased from us. All products manufactured by Lilliput are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery (excluding physical damage to the product). Any services provided beyond the warranty period shall be charged according to Lilliput’s price list.

If you need to return products for troubleshooting or servicing. Please e-mail, call, or fax Lilliput before sending any products, and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
